The Blue Noses Group, considered the most famous of contemporary Russian provocateur art groups, was founded in 1999 and consists of works and exhibitions by two Siberian artists: Alexander Shaburov and Vyacheslav Mizin. 
While the group mostly exhibits with the two main artists, they often work in cooperation with two other Novosibirsk artists, Konstantin Skotnikov and Alexander Bulnygin, along with photographer Evgeny Ivanov.
